For the 2011 - 2012 season, D.S. Cole Growers will continue using the split 102 tray with products offered in quantities of 51. In an answer to ongoing freight concerns, we are also rooting in a 52 count SlimlineTM tray. These liners will be spaced on Cole’s benches during the rooting process and then boxed to allow 3 times the normal amount of product in a shipping box.
Not only will the price of the liner will be less than our traditional line, but freight will be approximately one third the cost. For the coming year, we will focus on mainline products such as Calibrachoa, Petunias, Verbena, etc.
